I see many comments that it’s not connecting,I too had the same issue but when I went to the store (jumbo elect.Dubai) they explained well… after pairing on the blue tooth when going to take the reading must make sure the cuff is on your arm, as it won’t display the start icon unless it can feel your pulse.. hence the instrument should be on the front of ur arm not at the back… then with in 30 sec it will connect
