I've used fitbits since they came out (lost 4), tried a couple of other products as well. Thought shine 2 looked cool, which it is. The hardware is very good, and is easy to sleep with, but the app and sync software is really poor. It sometimes works, and then gives the information collected but is no where near as good as the fitbit s/w. I have a modern mobile phone with current android and up to date shine2 s/w. There is something very wrong with the sync s/w, it only works once in every 10 days which is no good. I think it might be back to fitbit, maybe. The shine is a great idea just doesn't live up to what it could/ should be.
I read this back and sound like a fitbit fanboy - I am not ! Just really let down by shine2 :(
