My galaxy watch fully charged only last for 24 hours when leaving my phone at home and go out for my daily walk it will let me know that my bt connected with phone has disconnected from phone.. Then I have to go into settings in my galaxy watch so that it will play my music from my app. But will not play my bible app. Now it’s fully charged and within few hours it’s drain and needed to charged age… I bought my watch for all the health function it has and getting calls when to busy to busy to answer phone… Help me

In reply to Inamo. Same. Does not happen on my charger. Happens on my wrist and I was also in an air-conditioned room sitting down and not excercising. In my view, this is a result of a software but. Please fix it

on arm doing nothing and overheats on the odd occasion. happening too frequent for my liking. not sure if my phones in range or not at the times of overheat. just happened then with phone in the car (I think, walks off to find it).

Just got the watch I work 10 hour shifts and the watch is at 26% and still have 3 hours to go at work. It was fully charged before I left home. Paid for an extended battery and what they say about 2 to 3 days is a joke it didn’t even last a day!!!!!!

I am having same issues even when I use the charger that comes with the watch. Now I have a issue that a upgrade came in from tmobile and the watch keep pairing and shot down, rebooting and can’t get to the settings to do a factory reset.

My galaxy overheats with notification and abruptly hangs up phone only when on mobile network, and only talking on phone for more then 4 minutes with 2 bars or less signal strength. After overheat, cannot not use phone for awhile till its good and cool. I have had the watch LTE phone for 2 weeks and will try a replacement, before trying to get my money back. Great watch otherwise.

Yep, I have the same problem.. this is my 2nd.. Bought 1st one the day it was released.. firstly the heart rate monitor didn’t work and got it replaced.. now this overheating problem I encountered last night while at the cinema. I walked in with 63% battery. 90 minutes movie (venom) later, countless overheating notification in cold cinema, it turned to airplane mode and I walked out with 12% battery.. and my heart rate monitor doesn’t work again.. wth..

In reply to Mav. I have exactly same problem too! My watch suddenly announces overheating problem and puts it to airplanemode until its cooled down, while im just sitting on the sofa. Battery level also dropped down 5% during this cooling. Please fix this!
