Fitbit Charge 3 - avoid if you are after a true fitness tracker

- stylish design, simple and easy to use display, good battery
- everything else is rubbish, paired with the most bizarre mobile app ever

GARMIN:
- broken after 1 ½ years
- If you use GPS you have not enough battery for a full day cycling or hiking
- GPS will hardly connect satellite. It regularly happens that I have already run 2 to 3 km before it starts to track me ..
=> unrelialable

Didn't Fitbit (or whoever you bought them from) replace the devices? Less than one year of life seems unreasonably short.

I'm currently trying to decide on a replacement for my Misfit Shine, and longevity is an important factor. Shame nothing has the battery life...
