Last week the Kansas-based outfit hosted the 2019 Connect IQ Summit at their headquarters in Olathe. Garmin has some amazing apps for your devices and it used the occasion to pick out the cream of the crop.

The gathering also saw the launch of a standalone app that helps users personalise their wearables and cycling computers. The new Connect IQ makes it much easier to manage, search for and download apps, widgets, watch faces and data fields for your Garmin devices.

Now that the summit is over we can announce all the winners across various categories.

Crystal won the title. Not bad, particularly when you take into consideration this is the English developer’s first ever Connect IQ watch face!

What you get are LCD-like goal meter segments, resembling snow crystals falling during an unusually cold spell of weather – hence the name. Features include big time digits in the middle, up to 3 customisable data fields, up to 3 customisable indicators, 2 customisable meters and a move bar. Oh, and lets not forget the 12 colour themes.
