I am having the same issue. GTS2 is paired and all options seem to be working correctly. This being said, Alexa app does not appear anywhere on the watch other than the add accounts. I have logged in and given permissions for watch to access alexa. But the app does not show when I swipe right from home screen, nor will it show when I hold the crown. What am I missing here? Can you please help me guys?

I just got the amazfit gts 2 myself and after multiple hours of researching I think I found out how it works. When you click the side button to light up the face of the watch, press and hold the power button for like 1 second and alexa "should" activate
