I have tried everything everyone has suggested. Alexa works initially, then stops. If I go back to Alexa on the app, it works , then says network error. Any other suggestions

I got sane issue on GTS 2e. Updated watch and logged in on the app on the phone. But Alexa not showing on the watch.

I am having the same issue. GTS2 is paired and all options seem to be working correctly. This being said, Alexa app does not appear anywhere on the watch other than the add accounts. I have logged in and given permissions for watch to access alexa. But the app does not show when I swipe right from home screen, nor will it show when I hold the crown. What am I missing here? Can you please help me guys?

I had the issue as well. A factory reset sorted it.

In reply to Anonymous. I just got the amazfit gts 2 myself and after multiple hours of researching I think I found out how it works. When you click the side button to light up the face of the watch, press and hold the power button for like 1 second and alexa "should" activate
