I have a charge 5, I have had more problems with this. If it goes dead has to be completely reset. Now it will only hold a full charge for little over 2 hours. It’s nothing like the 2 I had previously, it was the reason I updated. I should of looked for reviews. This is a oops on you!

I’ve had nothing but issues with this device. The most recent issue is…it will not hold a charge for more than 12 hours. Completely dead!!! I’m frustrated! This is too expensive of a device to have all the issues I’m having. Please help.
