my fitbit Versa2 doesn’t have anything under settings except the tabs to check to show to easily track. No ABOUT so i can manually shut it down. I did finally get the buttons to show me the icon so hope it was restarted. My sleep isn’t tracking for last 2 nights.

I am having the same problem. ever since the Fitbit app updated my Fitbit inspire 2 won’t track my heartbeats or my sleep.
I tried a reset but it didn’t help.
