Apple’s Heart Month Challenge reward will land on February 14th
Apple typically has a few activity challenges up for grabs in February. The first one this month will be the Heart Month Challenge on Valentines Day, February 14th.
Apart from keeping you fit, the aim of this challenge is to raise awareness of heart disease. As you may know, February is American Heart Month. This is a federally designated event to educate on the importance of cardiovascular health, including coronary heart disease and stroke.
