This is much better than the traditional method, as it shows how BP varies during the day, weeks and months. It is validated by clinical tests. Of course if the Aktiia technology was included in my Fitbit Charge it would be perfect.
One slight drawback is that the Aktiia monitor requires a calibration once a month with a provided traditional BP monitor.
