My 8-year-old original Amazfit Bip was still going strong with 3+ weeks of battery life (originally 4+) until it suddenly went downhill in the last 2 weeks. The battery ballooned 2 days ago and I immediately went to their website anticipating ordering the current-generation Bip, only to be disappointed that their entire product line is now AMOLED. The MIP always-readable screen and battery life made so many friends jealous over the years and really was cutting edge back then. I’ve been searching for my next MIP watch since then and thanks to you I examined brands I didn’t know were in the MIP game. It’s looking likely the Suunto 9 Peak Pro will be the next watch on my wrist.
