The way they eat is different than Americas, they’ll share the same pasta dish that an American will order for themselves at dinner. Not to mention they get around their cities with a lot of walking most of the time. Even then, their pasta dishes aren’t often made from a can, they’re fresh vegetables instead.

You do realise that italy and france have very very high carb diets. They have some of the lowest rates of what you describe. It’s almost like it’s because they eat loads fruit and veg (which are full of carbs) that there healthy.

Yup, tell that to past/pizza-loving Italians!
