I would get a “burn” from my Fitbit HR…and only under the sensor. I had to quit wearing it so am concerned about buying another smartwatch with the lights

Marko, your sleep result matches mine pretty closely. I got faster sleep onset from the first week on the stress and sleep programs, but my Garmin showed no real HRV change across 21 days either. I think the Reddit HRV spikes probably come from longer consistent use, maybe a month plus at intensity 5 or higher.

Beta is always active, for the moment no signs of Public Live for any of these models.
