Pebble is a smartwatch brand created by Eric Migicovsky and known for always-on e-paper displays, long battery life and an open app ecosystem. The original Pebble began shipping in 2013 after a record-setting Kickstarter campaign. Pebble Technology was acquired by Fitbit in 2016 and stopped making hardware, but the platform survived through its community. In 2025 Migicovsky's Core Devices revived Pebble after Google open-sourced PebbleOS, and the Pebble trademark later returned to the original founder. The current watch range includes Pebble 2 Duo, Pebble Time 2 and Pebble Round 2.
