Heart rate zone calculator
Welcome to the Heart Rate Zone Calculator! This tool helps you determine your target heart rate zones for different exercise intensities.
To use the calculator, start by entering your age, which is required to estimate your maximum heart rate. If you already know your maximum heart rate, you can enter it directly. Next, select a calculation method from the options provided: Standard, Tanaka, Gellish, Carvonen, or LTHR. If you choose the Carvonen method, you’ll need to provide your resting heart rate. For the LTHR method, you’ll need to enter your lactate threshold heart rate.
Once you’ve entered the necessary information, click the “Calculate Heart Rate Zones” button. The calculator will then display your heart rate zones for different intensity levels: Warm Up (Z1), Easy (Z2), Aerobic (Z3), Threshold (Z4), and Maximum (Z5).
