Eversleep: wake up refreshed with this 5 in 1 sleep tracker
Most fitness trackers and smartwatches these days can track sleep. After all, sleep is just as important as exercise to a healthy lifestyle. Untreated sleep disorders can lead to serious health risks.
Aiming to go further than the average fitness tracker, there is a growing crop of wearables that specialize in advanced sleep tracking. The latest to join this niche is a device called EverSleep. Launched on Indiegogo today, it tracks blood oxygen, pulse, breathing, movement, in addition to providing sleep coaching. The wearable may be of particular interest to those with known sleep disorders.

EverSleep is designed to attach to your wrist and finger. Using four lab quality sensors, it monitors over 20 different aspects of your sleep to provide you with a complete picture of your body’s recovery cycle. Its even capable of detecting conditions such as snoring, apnea, and insomnia.
An equally important part of the system is the coaching feature. You’ll receive helpful tips and instructions for healthier and better nights’ sleep. The coaching feature extends to differentiating between sleep problems and giving you specific tips to improve those factors.
The company says its aim is to take the same technology used in sleep labs and shrink it down into a comfortable and wireless package. Their goal is to make understanding the science behind your sleep more accessible to the masses.
