Imagine a wearable that can enhance your workouts and training by telling you if you are doing an exercise properly.

KeenBrace intelligently monitors your muscle movements and knows the difference between right and wrong form so you can train without injury. The wearable can be used for a various sports, everything from cardio to strength training.

Depending on the type of exercise you are doing, you can wear the device on your forearm, bicep or thigh. KeenBrace works by reading electrical signals sent by your body during workouts. It measures your muscle activation and fatigue, compares the balance and strength of engaged muscles, measures the stability of your movements and makes sense of all this data to guide you to proper exercise form.

You’ll get a muscle map with sport specific live feedback on your stride, speed, cadence, repetition, muscle activation, stability and more. This will be supplemented by voice coaching so you can receive real-time risk assessment and guidance.

The accompanying smartphone app will also log your drills so you can see your progression over time. And you’ll get 15 programmed exercises to keep you on your toes.
