Fitbit Coach has been around for a while now as a mobile app for Android and iOS, and the version for the big screen provides pretty much the same experience. Everyone gets access to one personalized program and a selection of audio and video workouts. Premium subscribers ($39.99 per month), can pick between different programs and workouts and other more advanced features.

Interestingly, you don’t need an actual Fitbit device to get started. However if you do have one of its pulse-enabled trackers, you’ll be able to benefit from seeing your heart rate in real time on your TV. Knowing your heart rate and which heart rate zone you’re in helps you to optimize your training intensity.

There are many ways to work out at home, and now we have one more. At the moment the app is available for the Xbox One, One S, and One X, but its likely it will be made available for Windows PCs in the near future.
