Apple issues public release of watchOS 4.3
Following six beta builds, Apple has now issued the public release of watchOS 4.3. The software refresh brings with it a few useful updates.
Users will see refreshed system graphics, including a new battery charging animation. Those who charge the Apple Watch on a vertical stand will now be able to use a portrait in addition to the landscape view.

Largely consisting of smaller improvements, there is also bigger update. The software refresh once again allows users to access, browse, and control playback of the iPhone’s music library, like or dislike songs, delete tracks and route audio to AirPlay devices. For reasons only known to Apple, the feature was yanked off the operating system with last September’s watchOS 4.
The watchOS 4.3 update can be installed via the Apple Watch app for iPhone. This is done by going to My Watch settings and tapping on General > Software Update. The Watch needs to have at least 50% of battery charge to enable the installation.
