There is no shortage of devices hitting the market for golf right now. These gadgets offer unprecedented insights into the game not available previously.
Samsung is joining in the fun with the Galaxy Watch Golf Edition. For now the device is only available in South Korea but its likely international availability will follow soon.
The tech giant is not a newbie in this space. Last year, Samsung released the Gear S3 Golf Edition that came with the Smart Caddie app. The software contains info on 60,000 golf courses across the globe, and offers features such as shot tracking and score keeping. Golfers can track their performance on the smartphone app and online.
The Galaxy Edition version is no different. It comes with the same software pre-installed but because battery life is longer you’ll be able to squeeze three rounds of golf or 54 holes on a single charge.
