BlazePod app gets a fresh coat of paint and upgraded content

The BlazePod app has received a design refresh, along with new content and analytics to take your training to a new level.

For those not in the know, this is a wireless, portable system that uses lights and sensors to keep you active – essentially a Flash Reflex Training system. You can choose from a wide variety of pre-programmed exercises or create your own to help you increase agility, reaction time and more.

In our review earlier this year we found it works really well. BlazePod is simple yet extremely adaptable offering an infinite number of ways to exercise. The modular design means you can use as many pods as you want. You can even use the various attachments to secure the pods to mirrors, doors and more.

The BlazePod team has also added demonstration videos and updated the Explore tab for searching through predefined activities created by professionals and your own. The filters that help with this have been upgraded.
