RingConn invites users to Beta test next-gen app
RingConn has started inviting users to participate in the beta testing of their newest smartphone app update. The software, referred to as version 3.0, seems promising.
The company’s smart ring has established itself as one of the better options in the market. However, some feel that the hardware is better than the software. There is a plethora of data, seemingly endless, but not as much in terms of insights. The upcoming 3.0 release aims to address this by introducing an “AI Health Partner” feature and undertaking a complete user interface overhaul for improved visualization.

We recently reviewed Gen 2 of the smart ring. It offers more accuracy in terms of collected data, a new Sleep Apnea feature, a slimmer design and up to 12 days battery life. All in all a decent update. The device was launched via the crowdfunding route but is now available on the company’s website.
For those new to smart rings, the RingConn Gen 2 offers excellent value. Its combination of features, battery life, and user-friendly app make it a worthy alternative to more expensive competitors. Even those with the original RingConn device might find the Gen 2 model worth upgrading to, as it provides several enhancements over the previous version.
RingConn Gen 2 retails for $299 on RingConn’s website. The first generation ring can be picked up for $259, $20 down on its typical price. For a further $10 off, at checkout use discount code: BFD50EC113
