Mudra Link makes touchless control easy for everyone

Wearable Devices is hoping to shake up how we interact with our gadgets. Its Mudra Link, announced at CES 2025, takes what the Mudra Band started and makes it even better. With just a flick of your fingers, you can control everything from your phone to your smart TV—and it doesn’t matter if you’re on iOS, Android, or Windows.

How does it work?

At the heart of the Mudra Link is some pretty clever tech. Its sensors pick up tiny movements in your fingers—movements so subtle you barely notice you’re making them. These gestures then get translated into commands that work across a wide range of devices. You can even customize it to do exactly what you want. Want a specific flick to play your favorite song or turn off your smart lights? No problem.

This isn’t just for your everyday gadgets either. It’s designed to work seamlessly with augmented reality and virtual reality setups, like Meta’s Orion AR glasses. The idea is to enable you to control your entire virtual environment with just your hand movements.

Live demos at CES

If you’re heading to CES this year, you can see the Mudra Link and Mudra Band in action. The team from Wearable Devices is giving live demos, showing off how this tech fits into all kinds of scenarios—whether you’re streaming Netflix, playing games, or working on your computer.

And it’s not just for everyday users. Mudra is inviting developers to get creative with its tech too. The Mudra Development Kit opens the door for all kinds of new apps and features. If you’ve got ideas for how gesture control could change the way we work or play, this is your chance to make it happen.

Ready to try it?

The Mudra Link is available now, with shipping kicking off at the end of January. You can grab one through their website, or if you’re at CES, swing by their booth to see what it’s all about. The company says – it works with pretty much everything, and adds a whole new level of convenience to your digital life.
