Amazfit Cor 2 with NFC and more battery life gets official China reveal
Amazfit Cor 2 is available to buy in its home market of China from today. The fitness tracker comes with NFC for contactless payments and improved battery life.

The device has recently received the stamp of approval from the FCC, but it’s only now that we have its full specs. The successor to the Amazfit Cor is actually not too different from its predecessor.
They both sport a 1.23-inch LCD color display with a 2.5D curved Glass touch screen on the top, 5 ATM water-resistant rating, and an accelerometer and optical heart rate sensor for monitoring fitness. They are also have notifications for messages, emails, calls, seven days of weather forecasts, alarms, stopwatch and timers.
The main difference between the two generations is the inclusion of NFC connectivity for payments on Amazfit Cor 2. The latest device also comes with a polycarbonate body and improved battery life. You’ll be able to keep it running for 20 days between charges, nearly double the 12 days of its predecessor.
Amazfit Cor 2 starts retailing today in China for CNY 299 ($43). Seeing that it already has FCC approval, it shouldn’t be too long before it makes it across the border.
