Final Surge is a popular workout log for those into running, cycling, triathlon and duathlon. The software is often used by high-school, collegiate, club teams and private coaches. It provides an overview of planned and complete workouts, and allows users to analyze and graph exercise data. The app also tracks vitals such as weight, sleep, blood pressure and more, for a complete view of your health.

In addition to Garmin Connect, Strava and UA Connected Fitness, the platform now plays nice with Polar Flow. As the software is typically used by more serious athletes, this is particularly good news for owners of Polar Vantage V and Polar Vantage M.

Existing Polar Flow users can set up the connection by opening the More menu in the Final Surge app and tapping on the Connected Apps option. Choose Polar Flow from the list of apps and click the Sync Accounts button on the next  page.

You will be taken through to the Polar Flow authorization page. This is where you’ll need to type in your Polar Flow login credentials, authorize the link and accept Polar Flow Terms and Conditions. Once that’s done you will be redirected back to the Final Surge sync setup page.

You can also do the setup from the Final Surge Web Platform. The procedure is similar.

That’s it! The linkup will now automatically send all your workout data from Polar Flow to the Final Surge calendar.
