Huawei Watch GT 5: A stylish companion for every day

The Huawei Watch GT 5 is a device crafted with a circular bezel and 316L stainless steel body. Available in 41mm and 46mm sizes, the GT 5 offers an AMOLED display (1.32 inch or 1.43 inch) and a stylish design. As compared to the predecessor edition, there hasn’t been a change in looks or size options. But the watch is slightly thinner than before.

Where there has been a significant upgrade is in the next iteration of the TruSense health tracking system, which monitors heart rate, stress, and blood oxygen levels with precision. The improved heart rate accuracy should be evident, particularly with challenging exercise scenarios such as HIIT. Plus, now there’s Sleep Apnea Detection. Improvements should also be notable from an upgraded antenna and algorithm for satellite positioning.

For women there’s health tracking. And more interestingly you will be able to record your emotions and keep tabs on your emotional well being. But this feature will not be available in Europe at the outset.

This smartwatch also boasts an impressive battery life, with up to 14 days on the 46mm model and half as much on the smaller variant. You can pair it with both Android and iOS phones.

Huawei’s signature design approach is evident, with a clean, minimalist aesthetic that appeals to users who prioritize both tech and stylish looks. The timepiece is ideal for those looking for both casual wear and a fitness companion.

Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro: Elegance meets performance

For users seeking a more premium experience, the Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro takes everything from the standard GT 5 and upgrades it with luxurious materials. This watch features an aerospace grade titanium alloy body paired with a nanocrystal ceramic bezel, offering increased durability and a refined look. Again, this is slightly thinner than the predecessor editions.

The Pro model doesn’t just emphasize design, however—it also packs in advanced features like ECG analysis. This needs 30 seconds to provide you with a comprehensive assessment of your ECG waveform.

Its Running Form analysis feature is designed to appeal to athletes, providing Running Form analysis insights with metrics such as stride length and ground contact time. Trail runners will benefit from the segment-based navigation, off-course alerts and detailed topographical maps. There is also something for Free-divers such as depth tracking and reminders and water resistance down to 40m.
