New Pulsetto Fit brings upgrades to vagus nerve stimulation
Pulsetto has introduced a new version of its vagus nerve stimulation device. The original has been renamed Pulsetto Lite, while the updated model is now available as Pulsetto Fit.
Pulsetto Fit brings more than just a new name
Pulsetto Fit shares the same foundation as the Lite version but slaps on a few upgrades. Battery life is now around 20 percent longer. For users who rely on daily sessions, this means fewer charges and a bit more flexibility in when and how the device is used.
There’s also a new stimulation mode. Unlike the static feel of the original, this version introduces a wave-like pattern that gradually increases and decreases in intensity. The new rhythm is meant to make sessions feel less mechanical and more fluid.
Another update is the optional padding, which allows for a better fit on slimmer necks. While the Lite already had a lightweight and minimal design, this tweak offers a bit more flexibility for those who found the original slightly loose or inconsistent in placement.

My impressions from testing Pulsetto Lite
In my earlier review of Pulsetto Lite, I found it offered a useful and low-effort approach to stress reduction and sleep improvement. The sessions are short and easy to build into your day. While the electrode gel feels like a bit of a hassle, the rest of the setup is smooth. The app is clean and simple to navigate.
In my experience, sleep quality is the standout improvement. It becomes noticeably more consistent within the first few nights of use. While I didn’t see a measurable change in HRV, the impact on general calm and recovery is clear. For people who struggle to stick with mindfulness or breathing exercises, Pulsetto gives a structured alternative.
The product not positioned as a replacement for other stress-management tools, and that’s the right call. But as a quick session you can fit in before bed or during the day, it works well for me.
Pricing and takeaway
Pulsetto Fit is available now at a discount for $296. Pulsetto Lite currently sells for $242. Both models can be ordered from the company’s website.
If you’re new to vagus nerve stimulation, either version offers a good starting point. The Fit just brings a few updates that may make sticking with it a little easier over time.
