Apple Watch users can take part in the Mindfulness Challenge on October 10

Apple Watch users have the opportunity today to engage with their mental health through the device on their wrist. The tech company is running a “Mindful Month” Activity Challenge.

The initiative asks participants to record 10 minutes of mindfulness using any app that connects to the Health app. Users who complete the challenge will receive animated stickers they can use in the Messages app, adding a touch of achievement sharing to their daily conversations.

On October 10th, let’s take some time to appreciate all the ways we can care for ourselves and each other. Record 10 minutes of mindfulness or meditation with any app that adds mindful minutes to Health to get this award.

This challenge was first introduced last year which is noteworthy, as the company introduces new challenges sparingly. The most recent challenge was launched on August 24, celebrating national parks and requiring users to log a 20-minute workout using Health app-compatible applications.
