CES 2026: Smart mirror turns your face into a daily health check
A 30-second selfie is all it takes. NuraLogix has unveiled the Longevity Mirror, at CES 2026, a connected smart mirror that scans your face and delivers a comprehensive picture of your long-term health outlook.
A smart mirror that looks beneath the surface
The Longevity Mirror works by analysing a short selfie video using NuraLogix’s Transdermal Optical Imaging technology. This is the same underlying system already deployed in enterprise tools from Nestlé and Noom, but it’s now been adapted for home use. Blood-flow patterns in your face get processed by AI models trained on a vast health database, which then generate more than 30 separate insights linked to your cardiovascular, metabolic and mental wellness.
The entire scan takes half a minute. There are no sensors to strap on, just stand in front of the mirror, and your results appear onscreen or in the accompanying app. Couldn’t be simpler. The device supports up to six individual profiles, so the entire household can check their health.
From raw data to one clear score
One of the most notable elements of the Longevity Mirror is its new scoring system. The Longevity Index distills dozens of health markers into a single number between 0 and 100. NuraLogix says this helps users stay motivated, track progress over time and understand how lifestyle tweaks can move the needle.
Each Longevity Index score is underpinned by multiple sub-indices, including cardiovascular and metabolic risk, physiological age, heart health and mental stress. The system learns over time and updates its guidance as your metrics shift.
Built-in coaching and optional live support
To make this more than a data readout, NuraLogix has added a built-in AI Health Assistant. It translates trends into plain language and offers advice across key lifestyle pillars like stress, sleep, activity and nutrition. You get practical takeaways, not just charts.
Later this year, the company plans to launch the One-Touch Health Concierge service. This adds human support, letting users book video calls with health coaches and receive personalised advice based on their scans. The aim is to turn the mirror into a daily coaching companion, not just a feedback tool.
Designed for everyday use, backed by serious tech
NuraLogix isn’t new to this space. The company has published over 11 peer-reviewed papers and holds 17 US patents. It has previously integrated its AI system into enterprise health platforms and now brings that same engine into a consumer-facing product.
The $899 launch price includes the device and one year of subscription access. After that, annual software access will cost $99. The live concierge add-on starts at $399 per year, depending on regional availability.
While it’s not the first smart mirror to track health trends, it’s arguably the first that doesn’t rely on traditional contact sensors or wearable integration. Everything happens in-camera, within 30 seconds, and without user friction. Real-world user tests will tell if this smart mirror holds up under scrutiny.
