First Garmin CIRQA images from company servers reveal four colour variants

Forget the fake CIRQA images that have circulated online over the past few months. The first proper Garmin-hosted renders have now appeared, revealing a compact screenless tracker wrapped inside a fabric band and offered in four colours.

Our first proper look at CIRQA

The images were discovered on Garmin’s servers and shared on Reddit. The direct links sit on Garmin’s own res.garmin.comdomain and use product numbers ranging from 010-04675-00 to 010-04675-03.

That makes these much more substantial than the speculative images and supposed sightings that have circulated on various media. Garmin has still not officially announced CIRQA, but these appear to be finished product renders prepared for its online stores.

The four versions appear in black, light grey, muted pink and dark blue. Garmin may eventually use different marketing names for some of those finishes. The lighter version could be the French Grey option that appeared when we first uncovered the CIRQA Smart Band listing in January.

CIRQA has no visible screen. Instead, the images show a slim black module held almost entirely inside a wide woven band. A small section of the module remains exposed along one side, while the fabric wraps around most of the device. Two-sizes have been uncovered which also matches Garmin’s earlier store listing.

The fabric band appears to use a hook-and-loop style fastening rather than a traditional buckle. That should make it easy to adjust precisely, which will be important if Garmin expects users to wear CIRQA throughout the day and while sleeping.

There also appears to be a small protruding section on the side of each version that looks a like a physical button. That is a distinction from the likes of Whoop and Fitbit Air. As far as the heart rate sensor, that appears to be a Gen 4 rather than Gen 5.

A launch now looks very close

These renders are the clearest sign yet that Garmin is preparing to launch CIRQA. Finished product images for four colour variants are now sitting on the company’s own servers, which usually means the retail pages are not far behind. We expect the device to sell for $199 in the US.

The remaining questions are about battery life, sensors, activity tracking and how CIRQA will work alongside a Garmin watch. For now, the images confirm a simple screenless design with the tracking module largely hidden inside a fabric band.
