Mobvoi launches Sports & Health Data Platform for TicWatch users
TicWatch users have a reason to celebrate. Mobvoi has announced the launch of its new Sports and Health Data Platform. The software includes a comprehensive health tracking system as well as unique multi-day comparison tools for monitoring fitness progress.
Comprehensive health tracking system
The Sports and Health Data Platform collects TicWatch users’ health data. This includes steps, distance, heart rate, stress levels, blood oxygen, sleep stages, sleep heart rate, sleep blood oxygen, and more. The platform also records daily fitness metrics such as exercise type, duration, and distance traveled in great detail. Users can monitor their progress and identify areas for improvement.
The Sports and Health Data Platform’s multi-day comparison system is one of its most distinguishing features. It allows users to see how their health metrics have changed over time, which can help them identify areas of their lifestyle that can be improved. It also gives them information about the circadian rhythm of their sleep cycles and cardiovascular capacity.
Mobvoi says the Sports and Health Data Platform is simple and straightforward to use. Everything is presented in a clear and concise manner, allowing users to easily understand and track their progress.
TicWatch users can also export their data to.tcx files, which are compatible with popular fitness apps like Garmin ConnectTM, COROS Training Hub, Strava, and others. Users can, therefore, integrate their fitness data into their favourite fitness apps, allowing them to analyse their progress and make necessary adjustments.
Ticwatch owners can access the platform by going to h.mobvoi.com. They will be required to enter their Mobvoi account email address and password in order to log in.
This change comes on top of the recently upgraded their sleep features. This includes Sleep-aid Songs, AI Sleep Insights and more. However, some of these sit behind a paywall.
Wait for WearOS 3 on Mobvoi continues
Meanwhile, the wait for WearOS 3 on a Mobvoi watch is still ongoing. Candidates include the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, TicWatch Pro 3 Cellular/LTE, and TicWatch E3. However, there has been no official word on when or if the new operating system will be released. There’s also the question of whether WearOS 3 will be limited to new Mobvoi timepieces only.

One of these is coming in the near future. The Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 has recently been revealed in a leaked render. When Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon W5+ chip for wearables in July of last year, it was confirmed that Mobvoi, along with Oppo, would be the first to use it in a watch. Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 will be the first Wear OS device with the Snapdragon W5+ chip.
