Garmin adds Fenix 8 to their customizable watch lineup

Garmin has expanded its “Your Watch, Your Way” program in the United States to include the newest addition to their premium multisport GPS watch family – the Fenix 8 series. This move gives customers more control over the appearance of their devices while maintaining the robust features Garmin is known for.

The customization options now encompass multiple versions of the Fenix 8, including 43mm, 47mm, and 51mm AMOLED Sapphire models, as well as the Fenix 8 47mm Solar Sapphire. Each size category offers various case and bezel combinations to suit different preferences and styles.

For instance, the 43mm version presents three distinct options: a Fog Gray Case with Titanium Bezel, a Graphite Case with Titanium Bezel, and a Fog Gray Case featuring a Soft Gold Stainless Steel Bezel. After selecting the case, customers can choose from an extensive collection of bands to complete their personalized timepiece.

Garmin Fenix 8 Customisation

The ultimate price the watch sells for depends on the chosen options. The customized Garmin watches typically shipping within 4 to 7 business days after order placement. So the wait is not very long.

What’s important to note, these types of watches can only be ordered online. And what ever option you choose to go with in the end, it cannot be returned after the purchase. So that’s something to be aware of.

Many countries have the “Your Watch, Your Way” program. But for now the Fenix 8 customisation options are only available in the United States. Presumably, in the coming weeks there will be international availability.

The range launched about a month ago and has received a good reception. Unfortunately the watches have been littered with bugs, but Garmin has released a couple of firmware updates which squashed most of them.
