US rollout begins for Whoop’s Advanced Labs feature

Whoop’s new blood integration feature is now officially live in the United States. Advanced Labs is available to all members on any subscription tier and works with both the Whoop 5.0 and MG models.

It lets users bring blood biomarker data directly into the app, alongside daily stats like sleep, strain and recovery. There’s no need to upgrade your hardware or change your plan to access the feature.

What Advanced Labs actually does

Advanced Labs offers an option to order blood tests directly through the app. These are handled by Quest Diagnostics and cover over sixty biomarkers, including hormones, cholesterol, inflammation and vitamin levels. The results come with a clinician-reviewed report and are automatically synced with your Whoop data.

But the feature also allows users to upload their own blood test results for free. This lets you to bring in lab work from your doctor or another provider and have it integrated with daily stats. Instead of being static files, those results become part of the same feedback loop that powers your Strain Coach and Recovery Score.

It’s designed to give more context around your data. You can start to see patterns, like how sleep quality changes alongside your blood sugar, or how low iron might affect training output. The goal is to blend longer-term health markers with 24/7 physiological tracking to create a more complete view.

What’s new since the original tease

This feature was first mentioned back in May alongside the launch of Whoop 5.0 and the MG model. At the time, Whoop said Advanced Labs would roll out gradually and that Life members would likely get access first. Since then, more than 350,000 members have joined the waitlist.

The full version of the feature is now live in the US. No word yet on when it will roll out to other countries, but the UK and other European countries are likely to be next in line.

This feature adds a new dimension to how Whoop functions as a health tool. Until now, the focus has been mostly on live metrics like heart rate variability, skin temperature and sleep cycles. With Advanced Labs, the company is opening the door to longer-term health tracking. It gives users a way to monitor trends over time, connected directly to lifestyle choices, training load and recovery patterns.
