Pixel Watch shown with almost no bezels in Google image
A picture of the Pixel Watch has turned up on Google’s Home site, showing a version with almost no bezels. The render makes the watch look much sleeker than anything we’ve seen so far.
The image actually sits on a page for Nest cameras, which suggests it isn’t a product leak but more of a marketing illustration. Still, the near edge to edge display really stands out and offers a glimpse of how the Pixel Watch might look if Google ever trims down those chunky borders.
Why this image stands out
People have been talking about the Pixel Watch bezels ever since the first model came out. The rounded design looks nice, but those thick borders are hard to ignore. Google did slim things down with the Pixel Watch 3, which has a brighter display that hits 2,000 nits compared to 1,000 on the Pixel Watch 2. Even so, the bezels are still very visible
This image, however, removes that compromise entirely. The screen stretches almost edge to edge, making the watch face feel larger and more immersive without changing the case size.
That clean look is probably what makes this render so eye-catching. Whether or not it reflects any near-term hardware plans is another matter.

More likely marketing than hardware
The page where the picture appears is focused on Google’s Nest security products. The watch is shown receiving a video feed from a doorbell camera, which makes sense as a way to demonstrate integration between devices. That suggests the purpose of the image is marketing convenience rather than a product leak.
There’s also a chance the visual was created with AI assistance, maybe even by Google’s own Gemini tools. The way the watch is drawn has that polished but slightly artificial quality, which strengthens the idea that this is not a real device at all.

Still, the fact that such a render made its way to a Google product page does give us something interesting to consider. If the Pixel Watch ever does move toward a bezel free design, it would bring it more in line with the aesthetics of modern smartphones and tablets.
A glimpse into what could be
The image probably does not show an actual product, but it does serve as a reminder of where smartwatch design might head in the coming years. Brands are always searching for ways to make displays feel more expansive without increasing overall bulk. If and when Google brings that to the Pixel Watch line, it could be one of the most noticeable upgrades.
For now, it’s nothing more than a render. But it does make you wonder how long it will be before the Pixel Watch actually looks this clean in real life.
