Leak reveals Oppo Watch 4 standard model specs
In a move that defies conventional product release strategies, Oppo intriguingly launched the Watch 4 Pro before unveiling its standard variant. But it seems we will be getting the Oppo Watch 4 soon, if the leaked specs are anything to go by.
The Oppo Watch 4 Pro – a boost in specs
Launched in August 2023, the Oppo Watch 4 Pro features dual chipsets – the Snapdragon W5 chip and the BES 2700 – enhancing both performance and energy efficiency. This represents a significant advancement from the single Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset used in the previous model.
The design also underwent a major upgrade, with a 316 stainless-steel frame and ceramic base, a departure from the glass front and aluminum frame of the Watch 3 Pro. The Pro model boasts a 1.91-inch LTPO always-on display, continuing the LTPO AMOLED technology of its predecessor. It further introduced advanced health tracking capabilities and exceptional battery life.
Leaked specs of the upcoming Oppo Watch 4
The upcoming Oppo Watch 4, as revealed by Digital Chat Station, is expected to continue the high-performance trend set by the Pro model. The design features a stainless steel middle frame, a ceramic case, and a metal brushed texture on the body’s side. It will be available in two colors: Midnight Black with a fluororubber strap and Dawn Brown with a genuine leather strap.
The display is a standout feature, with a 1.91-inch 378 × 496 pixels LTPO full-curvature flexible screen, supporting 326ppi and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. It also includes innovative features like Lingxi gesture control and a global AOD watch face display. In terms of performance, the Watch 4 is powered by Snapdragon W5 and Hengxuan 2700, with 2GB of RAM and over 200 deep scene optimizations. The battery life is impressive, with a 570mAh battery lasting 5 days in full smart mode and 14 days in light smart mode.
The Oppo Watch 4 also steps up in health monitoring, including an ECG sensor, wrist temperature sensor, 8-channel heart rate sensor, and 16-channel blood oxygen sensor. These features indicate that the Oppo Watch 4 is not just a follow-up to the Pro version but a significant upgrade in its own right, offering advanced technology and health features in a sleek and modern design.

The starting price of the OPPO Watch 4 Pro is 2,199 yuan, which translates to around $300. So far, the device has only been available for purchase in China. The price for the standard Oppo Watch 4 is not specified in the leak. Also we do not have a release date but expect the timepiece to make its official debut soon.
